Bug Report Help! OBS crashing as soon as I start recording/streaming

Hello, I've been having this problem ever since and I'm looking for a way to fix this.

I have uploaded the logs and crash files.

The crash is in an NVIDIA driver, try updating or clean installing:

You need to uninstall and then reinstall OBS. It seems that of the en-US packs with your current installation is either missing or is corrupt.

@Akshay_M While I appreciate the effort to help, please only respond to threads if you have a good understanding of the problem. The log message you're referring to is harmless, it just means that the plugin has not been translated. Re-installing OBS will accomplish nothing.
