OBS Studio uses hardware acceleration of Direct3D (from v10.1) or OpenGL (from v3.2). Without hardware acceleration it refuses to start.

And please post/attach full crash-log (path to the crash logs files: %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes)

The crash itself will be solved in the next Studio build (probably this weekend). Thus, the casual log file (%APPDATA%\obs-studio\logs) will have an message informing that video unsupported or not found.

Okay, here is the full crash-log, see uploaded file.

So should l I reinstall OBS on Monday and give it another shot?

Nope. You need modern video card (that supports at least DirectX 10.1 acceleration) with up to date drivers and current build (19.0.3) will work.
