Question / Help [HELP] Not sure what I changed but my stream has become extremely laggy

I stream overwatch and recently it has been rather blocky, and lag during areas of high framerate. What can I do to make my stream play fine

Setup:
i7-5930k
GTX 980ti Lightning in 16x
16gb RAM
