Question / Help [HELP] Not sure about my settings

Hello everyone.

I just recently got interested in streaming and decided to put up my own twitch.tv channel.
I mainly want to stream DayZ and WoW, but occasionally something else.

I've tried to read the guides and use estimator, but I still can't figure out the best settings for me.
Can someone help me with this?

My info:
CPU: i5 2500k @ 3,30ghz
RAM: 16gb @ 1600mhz
GPU: NVidia GeForce GTX 570 1,2Gb
CONNECTION: 100Mb/10Mb Cable
Location: Finland
Chosen twitch.tv server: Frankfurt
