HELP!!! Not all of my NDI Sources are showing/ being discovered?!?

I am having an issue where in OBS is discovering all of my NDI sources but one. NDI Video Monitor has discovered it. Other computers are discovering it (not using OBS on other computers). I can see ALL of my other NDI sources in OBS... just not this one. Yet, I can find it in NDI Video Monitor? The only thing I have been able to do, in the mean time, is use NDI Scan Converter on the NDI Video Monitor source, which I'm sure uses more of my CPU than I would like

I am running a stream (that I am simultaneously recording) tomorrow for someone, and it would be VERY helpful, to have the NDI source available as a regular NDI source, instead of having to pipe it through Video Monitor and Scan Converter

Tnx in advance for any help!

BTW, not that it matters, but that source is a Panasonic AW-HN38 PTZ Cam. The reason I don't think it matters, is that it's showing up everywhere else. I am on the latest OBS update and have updated my other NDI software to NDI 5.

That being said, I did have to upgrade my NDI Video Monitor to NDI 5 before it recognized the same source, but after I upgraded to the newer NDI Tools, it showed up.

I have the same Pan NDI camera. However, I use their Virtual USB driver on Windows 10, so as to not bother with any of the NDI tools/monitor, etc.

Are all of your NDI cameras from Panasonic, or are you mixing vendors?

Mixing... I mean, isn't that the point of NDI? It's not brand/vendor or product specific. If it runs the NDI protocol, it can be picked up by other product that speaks/understands NDI, right?

EDIT:
I use Mevo, Panasonic, and iPhones running NDI Camera. Plus, any screen capture I might need via NDI Scan Converter

I ended up just using scan converter, and it worked out as temporary solution... THIS time. I'm wondering... since I wasn't able to see the Pano Pro on NDI Video Monitor until I upgraded all of my NDI Tools to NDI 5 (the newest version), if maybe the OBS NDI plugin might need to be upgraded to recognize the newer protocol?

Uh, in theory, you are correct about being able to mix and match NDI. But like all things technical... it depends. and sometimes it does work as it should, but at lowest common denominator and the onus is on you to make sure NDI version, firmware across cameras and NDI receiver all playing nice with each other. And not all vendors pay as close attention to specs/standards as others [or how things work with 'options']. ymmv
NDI v5 brings some nice technical improvements. Bridge looks like something interesting to work with. But there is likely to be some maturing, at different paces, of drivers/software from various vendors.
Glad you found an interim work-around.
As to the OBS plug-in, I suspect you'll get a better response if you ask on the plug-in thread itself
