[Help] No sound from GV-USB2

Hello everyone.

For whatever reason all of a sudden I don't have sound anymore and it used to work before.
I updated OBS finally, but the problem is still there. I've checked the sound settings from the capture device and checked the cables and all seems ok, my TV also has sound so, what is wrong then?

"check If OBS has permission, go to Windows Settings > Privacy > Microphone and make sure OBS has permission."

I don't see anything GV-USB2 related stuff in permissions.
I discovered something weird that has to do with the GV-USB2 audio being broken. I put the speaker on its loudest and tried the programs by the creators of the GV-USB2, which is LightCapture and AmarecTV. When I tried these, the sound is glitchy in a way you're playing Pong but with scrambled sound. Not sure how to upload a short audio clip if you don't know what I mean, but the audio is like that...

I hope it can be solved.
