Trying to setup my twitch stream but the quality just aint right!

anyone have any suggestions? I like to stream FPS games (csgo)

Well, unless you are partnered, most people won't be able to watch when your bitrate and buffer is at 3500. Most people tend to go for around 2000, it's the best balance of bitrate and people being able to watch without buffering.
