So I have been trying to stream lately but I just can't, the quality is always horrible and the stream is laggy, but the game itself isn't. What quality and setting do you guys recommend changing for a good clean looking stream.

IM on 1280x720 60fps, NV264 encoder, 3250 bitrate

Use x264 encoder (CPU) and raise your bitrate to 5000-6000.

Twitch supports up to 6000 bitrate.
