Help needed with JVC GY-HM250

My church recently purchased the HM250 to help enhance the video of our livestream. Is it possible to use it as a camera in OBS without using the networking capabilities. Would a video capture device work. We just need the video to OBS, audio for livestream is done through soundboard.

That camera has a UHD/HD HDMI output so if you also purchase a 4K HDMI capture device, you will be able to use it in OBS.
