Question / Help HELP NEEDED... so many settings

hi forum ...

im a newby so excuse me ...

im setting up OBS so it can record gaming via Roxio HD ... all working fine but it has lags, it jumps , and ive looked at tons of youtube vids and looked at tons of help files but its still very jumpy... esp with fast running games like minecraft etc

if you can help me get everything set up correctly initially

ive added 1 of the log files ... as you can see ive played around with lots of settings

any help would be great

Are you capturing the same computer the roxio is installed in?
If not, use simple output mode, indistinguishable quality, software low cpu use encoder.

yes the roxio software is installed in the same computer

I asked are you using the card to capture the same computer it's installed in?

im using a roxio hd pro , its connecting from playstation to the usb of this computer, i dont have a card

Are you able to choose hardware QSV as your encoder?
