Question / Help Help my stream is Pixelated

I recently started streaming and i have come across a problem is my stream if im playing a game and im standing still my stream is perfect but when i start to move its all pixilated my pc specs are.

• Mother Board - Msi 970 gaming
• PSU - EVGA Power supply ‑ 500 Watt
• Ram - HyperX FURY 8gb
• Dvd Drive - ASUS Internal IDE 24X DVD+/-RW DL Burner Rewriter Drive
• HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB Hard Drive
• Processor - AMD Black Edition ‑ AMD FX ‑8350 4 GHz 8‑core
• GPU - SAPPHIRE R9 270X 4GB GDDR5 WITH BOOST & OC

And my download speed and up load speed are 10 download .70 upload can anyone please help me

.70 is my upload

Why are you changing things in the Advanced settings? Set x264 cpu preset back to veryfast and a bitrate of 550 will always look like crap.

you will have to live with this unless you want to record local then upload to youtube, sorry.

Read what i said earlier, there is no way it won't be pixelated with that low bitrate.

so there is no other way to fix this

call your ISP and pay more money :P sadly, you need a minimum of 5Mb/s to stream anything to twitch. 2Mb/s would work better for what you need. thats 1500bitrate to use for streaming
