HELP! My OBS goes not responding then the file is 0 bytes!

OBS after recording goes "Not Responding" then when it's back and responding the file is 0 bytes, the file type is even FLV! And if I right click and hit Properties it says it's 50 megabytes?? Please help.

I might know he problem I'll try it right now.
It might be because a file I installed into my game directory to improve performance but it makes other apps not as fast
