So i need help to figure out how to set certain buttons to activate mic so i can just record it like talking to people and my squad. that sort of thing any ideas?

what mic are you using?

Go to Settings > Hotkeys and define a push to talk key.

is there a way to set two buttons as push to talk example like V,B?

That's what the second Push-to-Talk field is for, yes.
