I have the 2017 vcredist_x86 and x64. Tho it still wants me to install it. I tried the 2013 ones. I have the 2015 ones. WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO? I have OBS v.0.659b for like 3 years now and its time to upgrade. I want help now!

If you installed the 2017 ones, then you also need to make sure your Windows 7 is fully updated.
Also, those screenshoots don't prove that you installed them.

That still means that your Windows 7 is not fully updated. I've tried it on a fully updated Windows 7 before and all it needs is installing the 2 redistributables on a not fully update Windows 7 I had to first update it.
