Run League of Legends in borderless window mode and create a Game Capture source and select league of legends during the loading screen. should work fine. I'm not sure if borderless window mode is necessary, but it makes alt tabbing easier.
Also, the order of sources matters, what ever is on the top will cover what's on bottom.
