Help me with this problem

Whenever I try downloading OBS studio on my iMac Computer, it keeps on saying 'corrupt image' and it wont let me download OBS studio. I really want to get OBS studio for me to start recording gaming videos. I do mapping, but I want to start gaming videos. Please help with this problem. It might have something with the iMac, but it doesn't do it with other apps I try downloading.

Make sure you're downloading the right installer for your Mac hardware. If you have Intel cpu you need x86, and if you have M1 or M2 you need to choose Apple Silicon.

I did. It still says "corrupt image"

Hrrm. Maybe you can download the file, but it's giving you the error when your Mac tries to open it? Try again, and when you get the message, don't "Move to Trash" or "Cancel" but instead go to 'Privacy and Security' and see if you can 'Allow' OBS.
