I've tried a lot of settings for the obs and I can't find the right settings for my PC


My PC:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600 CPU @ 3.50GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Ram: 16 GB
MOTHHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-B250M-D3H

is not fron internet my cpu is 100% and I want to not be 100% and I think it's from settings
