Question / Help Help me with playing music

While streaming, I am using VLC player to play mp3 playlist from my pc, however I am getting these cutbacks of the song, like it plays the two sequences at the same time for 5-10 seconds, then normalizes, then again. Could someone help me?

I've realized I'm dropping too much frames, my bitrate oscilates from 1500-2500, I have a screenshot.
