Can you help me with the settings of OBS,for youtube recording,games.
My PC:

CPU: Procesor Intel Core i3 3220 3.3GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR3
GPU: Radeon R7 265 Dual-X 2GB RAM 256 BIT
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Use quicksyc instead of x264 in encoding tab. set buffer to 0. 720@30fps for the recording. these are local record settings only so dont try buffer 0 for streaming.

I believe so, I have not done this personally, but I'm sure you can google how on your PC.

buffer size of 0 allows the encoder to set the bitrate which allows for the best quality recordings without over doing the bitrate. the encoder uses what it needs and is why it is not a setting for streaming but is good for recording.
