Help me with obs settings

anyone who could help me setup obs via teamviewer. Video quality is poor either in 720pixels or 1440p. Anyone willing to help me check logs and do obs settings
 
Run the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the setting it gives. Done.
Restart OBS
Test

After testing (when you stop recording/streaming) look inside Help menu and upload the log file and click on the Analize button to look for common issues and how to solve them.

The log file you uploaded don't have any active session. You have to test it first and then upload the log file.
Never ever put a display capture (monitor) on the same scene as a window or game capture. Display capture must be on it's own separated scene to avoid interference.
