Question / Help Help me with my stream settings plz

So I have an intel i5 4570 8gb ram and a 1050 2gb and I want to know what the best stream settings would be for me what should I set everything as what should my bitrate be I want my gameplay to be when streaming clear and not blurry and not laggy my internet is also average any help would be perfect

What is your current upload speed? That is pretty much all, as with that hardware, you might want to use the NVENC encoder, which requires more bitrate than x264
