Question / Help Help Me With My Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma

I have a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma and when I try to record desktop audio. IT RARELY WORKS!!!!!!!! I've only got it to work once and it won't work again. I use the 64-bit version of OBS and nothing will download every time I download something it does nothing then when I try again it says the program is missing and the installer won't work again which means I can't download classic edition and I don't have razer synapse I use my preset drivers (it works fine) So now I can only record mic audio and not game audio. I have tried everything I could find on the web and it still doesn't work. SO PLEASE HELP I WANT TO RECORD YOUTUBE VIDEOS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

..... disabling the razer gamescanner service appears to fix the problem .....

I have no razer gamescanner service active I don't even have any razer services active (I don't use them) but it still won't do desktop audio
