I want to know if I can do streaming on Twitch.
I have 0.65mbps of upload speed and i have this pc:

-AMD Athlon II X2 2.90 GHz
-6gb Ram
-64bits
-GeForce 210

How can i should configure obs? ... In encoder, Video and advanced

In short. you shouldn't.

A longer explanation is your internet is to slow, your PC is as well.

if you have to stream, I would try 360p 25fps with 500 bitrate at max.
