Ok i would like some help to stream league of legends.
Pc staff:
ram 4gb
cpu:quad core 2.5ghz 2.5gz, inter core q8300
graphics card:asus hd 6450 silent 1gb
64 bit windows
Connection:
donwload 10mbps
upload 800kbps.
ofc there is obs estimator, but i even set lower setting than estimator gives me and have huge in game latency.
My monitor is 1920/1080 hd, with my old monitor, 17" i could steam without problem but now i cant steam for real....
can u please help me steam again? :D

Note:I think my lag issue may be, cpu but dont really know!

It looks like your upload speed is too low, maybe try to set your Max Bitrate on 600-700.

i try on 500 but still lag!!
