Hello there, my streams are currently like this http://www.twitch.tv/rexcb/profile/pastBroadcasts, there choppy and jerky, i would like a clear stream and here is some helpful screenshots:

Even with the very low settings you already have, you still get quite some duplicated and late frames.
I think the only real solution would be upgrading your CPU. The A4 is definitely just an expensive potato :(
