Just make new Scene Collection and add single source to it. Then test it. Does it works?

if i not can get screen recorder or window recorder to work, I can not record my graphic videos...
must have it rigged within 14 days or it will be amazing.

Wrong log.

I just asking for proper log with single scene in it, because I don't understand what you unable to capture. If this is Chrome browser window and you are using Windows 10, then you need to disable HW acceleration in Chrome properties itself. If you trying to capture other application try 'Display Capture' source and run the OBS Studio as admin.
