Those are settings he suggested for your streaming or recording. look under settings > output > advanced

uhhhh....... help in output i don't see quick sync or 720p or 30fps

Mac computer and Windows? Bro, are you sure it is possible? If it is, it will be always a BIG problem. No one will help you here, Choose compatible things, and you will avoid all the problems. Mac works with Mac iOS. Not Windows.
