Hi there,
another suggestion: Could there be a video source that uses VNC? (Virtual Network Computing screen sharing)
I will be using OBS for a conference/live streaming of talks, and it would be so great if we could get the slide show from the computer in front of the speaker via VNC directly into OBS.
One computer will be at the speaker's place (OS X-based), and there will be another computer (Linux-based) doing all the media stuff, with a camera connected, and a digital mixing console providing the audio.
It might work with capturing a VNC client window, but I'm not yet sure how well... having a direct source would be great.
