Hi Guys,

i would like to know in which settings i should stream?`
PC RIG:
i 5 3570K (Stock)
GTX 670
Avermedia Live Gamer HD
Internet: 100mb/5mb

My Current settings are:
Quality 7
2500/2500
1280x720p output @ 30 fps

My Problem is i do not know which settings i should use and when i Stream Fifa without vsync it feel laggy in the game. When vsync is on it is a little bit laggy. ISnt Fifa a good game to stream?`Think the engine is still on DX 9. When i stream LoL everything is great. I would like to improve my fifa stream :)

Thanks for your help.

EDit: i think i can get more out of this system

What exactly is your issue? From looking at your settings here are some upgrades i can recommend. Bump your bit up to 3000, there is no reason not too really as your internet will handle it fine and it will add some quality, also try bumping your fps to 60, just for added smoothness and better quality. First i want to say i would figure out your issue, then look into changing those options i recommended, that will increase quality. Now on to your issue. So from what i understand you are complaining of ingame lagginess? From the stream view it looks 100% fine. Though it sucks there is a certain give-and-take with streaming, sacrificing some ingame smoothness for a better stream, though i feel you could make this better. What cpu preset are you using? I have the same processor but it's running at 4 ghz instead of stock, and i have a 660ti that is overclocked to faster than your 670, so i know about your limitations. Probably the biggest cause of ingame lag is a too slow cpu preset. What are you running? Especially at only 30 fps you should have almost no ingame lag. Also just for reference LOL is an easier game to run than fifa, so that is why you are seeing a difference. Also, what are your ingame settings? Have you tried bumping those down alittle? First i would recommend changing the Anti aliasing, because if you have that maxed out that will dramatically effect your ingame frame rate. Then focus on the texture settings. Finnaly have you tried using obs built in game capture? From what i have heard the game capture works as good or better than a dedicated capture card for capturing the game, so try that. And also posting a log file would help alot. To do this go to your obs screen, and at the top click settings, then drop down to log folders and post the one from the stream you are having this issue in, if this issue is all of your streams then just pick the longest one you did to post. Hope i can help!

Yeah i have ingame stuttering... should i cap my fps? My preset in obs is "veryfast" and my Fifa Settings are @ Low... I Can post a log file later [@ work now]. I know that i have more than 120 fps when streaming. I tried capping to 58,59,60 on a 120 hz monitor. But still micro stuttering. What i noticed if i put the stream to 60 fps the color of the fps is moving from 58 to 60 and the color changes...

Could it be that Fifa 13 is a f**ked game because of Direct X9?
Fifa settings are low...
Vsync should i enable or leave this option off because vysnc makes ingame delay

I tried using ingame feature but the same issue...

Later i will post my logfile!

Thx for the respond

OK first thing i noticed is you need to lower your buffer. according to that log it is at 5k, and your upload is a 5k.. thats very bad. make your bit and buf 3000 or at most 3500. keep your buffer the same as your bit. Give capping your fps a shot as i've heard it works well for some people. Just for a test bump your cpu preset to superfast and let me know how the ingame stuttering is after that. I had the same issue with the same cpu and by bumping my preset down it fixed it.

So Guys,
my streams run smooth now. I still let the fps @ 30 fps. I putted CBR in with a bitrate of 2800 and everything is fine. Capped my fps with vsync and frame limiter to 58 fps. When my new cooler arrives i will OC my Cpu and do a 60 fps streams.

Thx to all for helping me :)

Glad it worked out. I highly suggest you bump your bit and buff to 3k and you can run a 60 fps stream fine with that cpu non oced :)

My stream is now running smoothly. I'm still @ 30 FPS FPS let the. I have a 2800 CBR bit rate conversion, everything is fine. VSYNC and frame limiter to 58 FPS capped my FPS. Upon arrival of my new cooler I mean the Cpu OC and 60 frames in the stream.
