Question / Help Help me optimize OBS for Twitch streaming

My PC:

Intel Core i5-3570K 3400MHz / CM Hyper 212 Evo Cooler
Asus GTX 750 Ti 1100MHz 2GB
8GB RAM 1333MHz (OC'ed @ 1600MHz)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I will be streaming on CS:GO. I want to achieve 720p or 1080p quality @ 30fps (My resolution is 1920x1080 so 1080p is the preferred option if it's possible)

try downscale from 1080p to 720p in the video tab of OBS. use 30fps. set bitrate and buffer to 2500.
