Hello. I want to ask someone who know anything about stream settings in OBS , to tell me good, not laggy stream settings for 1280x720 resolution. Im not good at that, so I want to request you to help me with this.

My Computer Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.00 GHz
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Internet: 30mb download | 2 mb upload
RAM: 4,00 GB.

Anyone can tell me good optimized, not laggy settings for stream?
Regards,
Fresh.

Only having 1.5mb up may squeak you by with a good quality stream. Try using the first 3 encoding speeds and test each out. Prob using Super Fast or Very Fast would prob be the best. Set Max Bitrate to 1500 and your buffer at like 750-1000 unless theres lag, then set it at 1500. For the most part you'll have to adjust some things to figure out what will work best. Not sure what i can tell you with that GTS250 card though. Good Luck!

720p should be okay with 2mb upload. try out 2000/2000 for video, and then 96 or 128 for audio. may want to set the quality to 5 or less (quality will still be fine in general below 5 as well, so don't be afraid to set it a bit lower if you want to experiment). if you get dropped frames, experiment with lowering them a little bit at a time until you stay consistently green.

you may also want to set the fps to 25-40 FPS -- 60fps may give you issues with movement quality.
