As mentioned in the IRC (just posting here so this doesn't appear to be ignored):

The errors in the log indicate a failure somewhere along your network. The connection send stalls for 18 seconds, and then receives a connection end request from the Windows networking stack. This indicates that there is a connection failure somewhere between your PC and twitch. Not much we can do.
