I need to run a 40-50 obs in the same time for streaming can i do that with this configuration :

i7-6700 Quad-Core
"Skylake"
Hyper-Threading Technology

OR:


i9-9900K Octa-Core
"Coffee Lake-R"
Hyper-Threading Technology

OR:

Ryzen 7 1700X
Octa-Core "Summit Ridge"
Simultaneous Multithreading

40-50 instances of OBS? No. Almost certainly not.

You also mention a server OS and no GPU. Are you trying to run OBS on a virtual server?
