Hello buddy. Remember your world of warcraft settings might also do something about it. Don't run it ultra if you don't have a kickass computer. But try to run it 1920x1080 in borderless window It would help with some more details about your computer than just your internet speed. I can tell you my obs specs then copy it. But it's 2 different comps so i don't think it will work

I'm streaming on Twitch.tv

(use CBR)
(Enable CBR padding)
Quality Balance (9)
Max Bitrate 3,500
Use custom Buffer size
Buffer Size 3,500 i can go a lot higher on both but twitch said it was my best choice.
(Video options)
Custom 1920x1080
Resulution downscale 1,50 (1280x720) - Once you get partnered you can set it to 1080p
Filter - Lanczos (best detail, 36 samples) heard it was the best filter around
Fps 60 - Try 30 if 60 is too much

Post a logfile from a live streaming session. There's a stickied thread at the top of this forum on how to do that (along with the one when you start a new thread advising that posting a log is almost always needed).

Be aware that if you're streaming to Twitch, CBR is required for their new standardization guidelines. Non-partnered streamers should not exceed 2000kbps, and there is no need for that custom buffer unless you have a specific reason (and 'following a guide' does not count).

I'll say up front that your CPU is pretty weak, and may have difficulty encoding HD video in real-time.
