I have I5 4th Gen, CPU @ 1.70ghz, 2 cores, 6gb ram, 300gb storage. help to build up simple stream setting and reso for it .thank you in advance

Let OBS do the auto configuration based on the where you want stream to. But the specs you have is very marginal.
