Question / Help Help me fix my not-so-good Stream

Hello OBS Forum,
I was hoping you could help me fix my stream. It laggs a lot and I can't seem to fix it even with fiddling around with the settings. I hope someone can look at my Specs and help me a little.

Example Stream: Recorded with Twitch (Gameplay starts at around 5minutes)
Computer Specs (Speccy)
OBS Settings at time of Video

I'm streaming from Germany to the Amsterdam, NL Server (heard Frankfurt was always too full), Speed test to Amsterdam gives me:

Is the problem my terrible processor? Or my low upload? Or can I adjust my settings to get a better stream? Any feedback is apprecciated, I am willing to upgrade my computer or bandwidth if necessary.

Thanks in advance

well you got 1.6mbit upload and you use 1600bitrate just for your video encode + auto bitrate of 96 so you are already over 1600 no matter what as soon as it peeks its over 2k bitrate

i'd suggest lowering your bitrate to 1000 while you do this you got even worse quality so you also have to downscale by quite a bit for high motion games you could stream 720p@30 with that but nothing else pretty much :/

Thanks for the quick reply. What resolution do you suggest downscaling to then?
And apart from that, the issue is my upload, so I would have to get better Upload-Spped,right?

Also always post a log when asking for help, a screenshot is not enough
But how would a log help? I know it must be my settings. Here it is though:

You are answering your own questions. Yes, your upload is not enough for the bitrate you are trying to stream at.

As suggested, lower the bitrate to 1000-1200 and use a downscale of 1280x720 or lower and your stream should stop dropping.

The log is useful for this kind of messages, you just need to read it:
20:34:14: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 1500 ms to write 216871 bytes (buffer: 0 / 217088), unstable connection?
