Good Night everyone!

I just need help i have a PC with this configuration:
Intel Core i5 3330 3Ghz
8GB Ram
Radeon HD 7870 (2GB DDR5)

On speedtest i have 100mb down and 15 mb up.

I'm trying to stream something like BF4 or some FPS games but everytime i start the stream i have a lot of lag on the game!

Can someone please help to build a whole configuration for this, i'll aprecciate it very much!

Remeber that I'm new guy in this world, thank you guys!

Increase downscale until the problem stops. Especially if you're playing BF4. Higher resolutions are just eating up your CPU.
 
your CPU has integrated graphics, and supports quick sync. Consider using quick sync to encode your stream rather than the CPU itself. This should give you the biggest boost in performance.
 
Ah, indeed, I forgot about that. Definitely try quicksync (via advanced settings). It can greatly reduce impact on gaming and such.
