Question / Help Help me decide what setting to use for my streaming.

Hello, I'm really new to streaming and i don't have a clue how to properly select my settings for best outcome.

hardwere that I use (yes I want to use my laptop to stream):

CPU: Intel i5 540m
GPU: Radeon HD6550M
RAM: 6GB DDR3
Upload: 10+Mbits

So basically I wanna know what quality can I stream League of Legends at 25-30fps with this setup? Thanks.

If your resolution it's 1366x768 then u can try downscaling it to 1.5 or 1.75. Try to use game capture and aero enabled. 1000 bitrate should be good for that (or less)

Btw if your cpu loads alot then you can use faster cpu presset but you will lose some quality

If you dont have a 16:9 screen nope

Well sry, yes you can, if you use league of legends in windowed mode and set up a resolution of 1280x720 (that has to fit on your screen i think) and you will be able to capture that resolution, that will be on video settings - custom resolution - 1280x720
and then you can go downscale again because your cpu it's not good enougth to stream 720p (if i'm not wrong)
