Help me configure, struggling from last 3 days

Hi all,

Here is the list of tech I have
Elgato 4K X
PS5 Pro
4K Tv
Macbook pro 2019 (4GB graphics)

Problem:
When I am trying to record my 4k game play, generated video is stuttered (not smooth) like video have just 1fps. I have tried every combination. I can see same video input as I am watching on my 4k tv but output is very bad. How can I get max result?
 
In my last post I was thinking that problem is solved but it was not, 4K30 is working but 4K60 is not working. Now I am using Macbook Pro M1 Pro 16” 2021 model.

Elgato Studio is recording 4K60 but OBS is not.

Skipped frame due to encoding lag is more than 86%. Here is the settings I am using.

I have tried almost every possible setting but its not recording 4K60


Please guide.
