Question / Help help,laptop with high encoding

ive tried my best fixing the high encoding but it just wont go. It can play the binding of isaac rebirth but it lags my game. I wanted to stream minecraft but it freezed at the first 2 seconds. This file is when streaming binding of isaac rebirth.

change your x264 CPU preset to superfast and buffer to 0 (not bitrate, buffer). and lower your fps to 25.

your APU is on the lower end and an early addition to APUs so very limited CPU and no VCE hardware encoder as far as I know.

Don't bother streaming/recording with that CPU, it is just not good enough.
