Question / Help Help! Is my Graphics card working?

• i got an msi nvidia geforce gtx 970 last a couple weeks ago. im not to computer savvy and was wondering if someone could tell me if it still worked. im not sure if i changed some setting i shouldnt have or if i fried it. but when i run csgo, i get like 110 fps, when i first installed it, it was around 300 fps. when i run afterburner or nvidia settings i get 6 fps, even if i dont over clock. i tried unigen valley benchmark and i only get 6 fps. the led light works on it still does that mean it works? please tell me i just need to adjust some settings and i didnt fry my gpu.
