Question / Help help improve my stream

Hello everyone, id like to start by saying i have read and watched a lot of guides on setting up a obs stream. i do get quite a few good comments on how smooth it is but i would like to know if there is anything else i can do to improve it. i did notice myself watching the play backs it does lag/studder a bit. the main game i stream is tera.

You should try enabling CBR and changing servers.. as for the stream smoothness flash player unfortunately doesn't play well with 60 fps so there's nothing wrong with the video itself.

what should i set the fps to? and how should i pick my servers?

With the given bitrate i wouldn't suggest going over 30fps, pick servers based on how they work for you.. start with the closer ones.
You shouldn't have to change that right now though unless you're losing/dropping frames.
