Question / Help help, im trying to stream and when i turn the program on it freezes

the program installs on my computer properly for windows 8 and runs but when i start streaming the program randomly stops streaming video but continues with the audio. and in the bottom right it says unable to encode fast enough in red and this is what i think is causing the freezing because the happen at the exact same time
ive attached pictures of my setting and my internet speed please provide any information that could help.
