Help I Have a Issue

I have this problem when i start OBS, i don't speek english and idw how to solve it
i use this obs version

Go into settings, disconnect your twitch account, close OBS, reopen and connect accounts again. seems to be having an error logging in

I did it, and appears the same error message

Try going to twitch, log out and back in. Something between your OBS and twitch is the issue here I think.
