when streaming to twitch with obs my in the obs window it shows my game slowing down then rapidly speeding back up and it is jittery iv used the recommended settings obs states even for low cpu usage but problem still occurs i am lost and confused and i just dont know what to do anymore i have try'd everything log file: https://gist.github.com/111e5449b1061ad9a0ef
i streamed earler today and this was the log file it was still lagging in my obs window not long ago i just tried livestreaming and it said high cpu usage even though i have a 8 core proccessor i dont understand while obs is taking it all up ?
