So I keep trying to download OBS to record my drawing and get on Picarto.com to stream, I downloaded it once, and my computer had issues so I had to Factory reset my computer, Tried to download it again and I keep getting this :

What does it mean and How to I fix it so I can get this to work?! I'm so frustrated I'm about to give up on it all together.
