(help) How to delay text or other media from showing for X amount of seconds ?

So, today i wanted to play around with OBS to see how to handle Fighting Game streams overlays so i made a score overlay in .mov format that plays and then stops, giving me time to set everything else ... or so i thought.

Now ... i want my text to show AFTER X amount of time has passed from the moment i switch to that scene (So like scene starts, overlay drops, first text appears after 3 seconds from when the scene started, another text after 5 seconds etc, kinda like on a video editing software). I already tried delay render and that doesn't work. I know scoreboard helps me with handling the score once the text is out but that isn't the issue, my issue is tha i want my text to appear after X ammount of seconds from the moment the scene switched.

There is no native way to do this.
For multi-stage transitions, most will use an intermediary scene to allow the transition-in video to play, then switch to the final scene with the text showing. You can use plugins to automate this (there's at least one hotkey-source plugin allowing a hotkey to be hit when switching to a scene), or something like a Streamdeck or Lioranboard to automate a multi-stage transition.
