This is my speedtest and i'm using an ethernet cable. I tried many bitrates but for some reason my games still gave high ping and input lag. I got no clue how to fix this.
Please help.

My CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.00GHz.
My GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 16GB

Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network and enable "New networking code" and "Low latency mode". This setting is designed to lower in-game ping when you're streaming.

As a side note, the upload speed provided by speedtest.net is generally your theoretical maximum speed, rather than your highest stable speed. The highest stable speed may be significantly lower, causing the high ping when it's saturated.

To how much? I tried 3000kbs. Should I go lower?
Basically until your ping isn't affected. Then, contact your ISP (Internet provider) and tell them that your most stable upload speed is (in this case) below 3mbps, significantly lower than advertised. Then politely ask them to fix it.

General recommendation is "be polite", because the person on the other end has very little control over your current situation. The nicer you are to them, the more effort they will be willing to put in to solve your issue.
