Question / Help Help getting most optimal settings

Hey, i wanted some help optimizing my Stream. I mainly stream league of legends and recently have had some problems streaming, such as ping spiking randomly and some quality problems. If you need any info please let me know and i will immediately get back to you with it.

Your description is too vague for us to help with. If you need help, you must include a log file. Make sure to try the log analyzer feature in the help menu as well before you do anything though.

Oh, ping. If ping is spiking in the game, turn on "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings.

For quality, the bitrate is a bit low for that resolution. Try lowering the resolution or increasing the bitrate.
