Question / Help Help Getting in game ping down

I'm currently on a 1.5 mbps upstream and I'm just trying to figure out a way to stream and have my in-game ping at a bearable level. Currently my desktop resolution is 1920x1080 and I'm downscaling it to 1280x720 bilinear. I'm using 900 kbs for my encoding and 128 AAC for audio but my game ping is running from 150-200ms at the moment and would like it a bit lower if I can. If you need more info just ask and any help would be appreciated.

First, try using "minimize network impact" in advanced. If that doesn't work, you just may be using more bandwidth than you can use.
